What areas do you service?
I am a Southern Orange County based business and resident. Our preferred service cities within Southern Orange County include Laguna Niguel, Dana Point, Mission Viejo, Aliso Viejo, San Juan Capistrano and surrounding cities. If you have a special event request within Orange County please let us know. For traveling balloon installations outside our range, a service fee may incur.
How far in advance should I book?
2 weeks if at all possible.
Event set up dates and times are first booked first served. Please book our services as soon as possible to secure your event date and items. We suggest you contact us 2 weeks in advance from your event date if at all possible.
How do I pay for my decor?
Once your order is finalized, an invoice will be emailed to you that can be paid online with a credit card via Venmo, PayPal, or Cash.
A 25% deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due no later than 24 hours before your event. Short notice events (7 days or less) require full payment. For schools, non-profits, and corporations, we understand a check may need to be processed for payment. If payment cannot be made before the event date, a signed contract will be required.
What is your delivery and setup process?
I like to have a least an hour to prior to the event. For more complex designs, more time should be accounted for. It really just depends on what type of balloon structure I am doing.
What is your cancellation policy?
I would like to have 48-hour notice. A cancellation request must be made in writing by email only. Refunds will be issued within 2 days from the time of the request. Refunds will be considered as follows:
- No refund will be made within 5 days of the event date.
- No refund will be made on the day of your event
- Environmental restriction? If it is raining the day of your event, We will work with you to move the event inside or move the event to a later date.
Should I notify you of a venue change?
Please notify us as soon as possible if you have a venue change.
What Balloons do you use?
We use Turftex, Qualatex and Sempertex balloons. They are high quality and the best balloons on the market. We do not offer Helium Balloons
Do you have Helium Balloons?
We do not offer Helium Balloons.
What is the best way to take down the decorations?
You can pop the balloons and cut them down with scissors.
How long will the decoration Last?
If balloons are installed inside they will last weeks/months. Outside balloons will only last a couple of days depending on Heat/ Rain or Wind.
Can I provide my own balloons?
No, we take pride in our creations and only use high-quality balloons.
Can balloons be recycled?
The balloons I use are Biodegradable
