Balloons and Banners has relocated to Southern California…I am taking events in the Laguna Niguel, Dana Point and surrounding areas.

I do not offer Helium Balloon Bouquets at this time!

All orders do have a 20% installation fee and a delivery fee based on location.
*DISCLAIMER*
Non helium Balloons last about 6-8 weeks indoors and only a few days outside.
If you choose outdoors, I will do everything I can to make your balloons last. With that said, balloons are not a fan of wind, hot sun and rain... I really wish I could control the weather.
Darker balloons tend to pop much easier in the sun, so choosing light colors and putting them up in the shade or indoors is always ideal.
All rentals are subject to a fee to replace broken/lost items.
